Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The period begins on the day you receive the goods.

Return Process

After withdrawal, the goods must be returned within 14 days.

Items should be unused and, where possible, returned in their original packaging.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods, using the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

custom-made products (e.g. made-to-measure curtains)
personalized items
